[Review] All the Bright Places by Jennifer Niven

On a scale of gold to wandering this book is Virginia Woolf.

This book is a tear jerker and I normally don’t go for that sort of thing but it was actually pleasant. I enjoyed the emotionally rollercoaster Violet and Finch took me on. Yes I cried and I will have to suffer through puffy red eyes for the rest of the week, but I don’t regret reading this book.

Jennifer Niven’s writing is absolutely gorgeous. She really knows how to take your heart on a joy ride. There were plenty of laughs scattered through deep heart-clenching moments and vivid imagery. Violet and Finch and so deep I fear if I think too much about them they will manifest before me.

I recommend this book to anyone in search of something read and tangible. This book is one I won’t soon forget.
